When this route fits

Choose this route when the base shape and function already meet your requirement and the branded difference can come from color, finish, decoration, components or matching boxes. If the structure itself must change, request a new-mold technical review.

Technical boundary

Available combinations are confirmed against the product, component, material, geometry, artwork, order quantity and sample.

Structure development route

Develop a New Mold for a Distinct Package Structure

New molds are available for glass bottles, plastic bottles and plastic components. Each project goes through technical evaluation and sample approval before bulk production.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Find answers to common questions about our premium cosmetic packaging, MOQs, lead times, and sustainable solutions.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom cosmetic packaging?

To support both established brands and indie startups, we offer a low Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 5,000 pieces for standard glass bottles and jars. For fully customized plastic containers, such as PCR or PP airless bottles, the MOQ typically starts at 10,000 pieces depending on the specific material and manufacturing process.

How long does cosmetic packaging sampling take, and what are the associated costs?

Our standard sampling lead time is 14 days. We charge a standard fee of $200 per SKU for physical samples, which includes accurate Pantone color matching and surface decoration testing. This sampling fee is fully refundable once you place the mass production order without any design changes.

What are the standard lead times for in-stock and custom manufacturing orders?

For wholesale in-stock packaging, orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 3 to 7 days. For custom manufacturing orders requiring specific surface treatments or custom molding, the standard production lead time is 25 to 35 days after sample approval. If new mold development is required, please allow an additional 30 to 40 days.

How do you ensure the quality, durability, and color consistency of PCR materials?

We source high-quality PCR materials with stable physical properties and complete traceability. To prevent color inconsistency, we conduct rigorous raw material testing and recommend an optimal PCR ratio of 30% to 50%. Every production batch undergoes 100% full inspection, including dimensional checks, thermal shock resistance, leak testing, and visual defect inspections to guarantee premium brand presentation and regulatory compliance.
