5,000 pieces for standard glass bottles and jars.
10,000 pieces for standard plastic packaging, PCR packaging, printing or spray-coating projects using existing designs, and custom-mold plastic packaging.
30,000 pieces for glass packaging that requires a new mold.
Final MOQ depends on the selected product, material, decoration and components, and is confirmed during technical review.
USD 200 per style
Custom color-spray or printing samples typically cost USD 200 per style and take about 14 days. The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork remains unchanged. Confirm the sample quotation and refund terms for your order.
Final schedules depend on specifications, components, quantity, testing and the production plan. Shipping time is not included.
Materials & Recycled Content
Our packaging range includes glass, PET, PP, PETG, HDPE, acrylic, aluminum, bamboo, paper and sugarcane plastic. Post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic options are also available for selected products.

PCR options
Selected bottle designs can be developed with up to 100% PCR content, and selected pump heads with 30% PCR content. We assess the color, performance, feasibility and order requirements for each component. PCR raw-material traceability documents are available for the applicable materials.
FSC paper options
FSC-certified paper packaging and 100% recycled paper options are available for selected paper products. Ask us which materials and certification documents are available for your box project. FSC options depend on the paper product and the certified supply chain.

Our factory in Yuyao, Zhejiang covers 130,000 sqm and employs 260 people. Equipment includes 350 injection molding machines, 400 automated assembly machines and 25 PET blow-molding machines. The facility also has a 300,000-class clean workshop.

The PCR percentage is confirmed for each component rather than applied to every packaging design.
