Choosing a Bottle and Pump
After choosing a bottle capacity, select a pump based on your lotion's consistency and the amount you want dispensed per press. Test the bottle and pump together with your formulation to check dispensing performance and compatibility before confirming the packaging.
Orders for Existing Bottle Designs
For orders based on existing glass or plastic lotion bottle designs, the typical minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 pieces (negotiable). Final MOQ depends on the selected bottle, material, components, decoration and order requirements.

Customize an Existing Bottle Design
Customize the bottle, pump or cap color, surface finish and printing on an existing bottle design. Decoration and matching paper packaging options depend on the material, shape, components, artwork and order requirements.

Print your logo or product text directly on the bottle. We review the print position to suit the bottle shape.

- Typical MOQ: 10,000 pieces (negotiable) for color customization and printing on existing bottle designs. Final MOQ depends on the bottle, material, decoration, components and order requirements.
- Custom spray-coated or printed samples: typically USD 200 per style, with a sample lead time of about 14 days. The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork remains unchanged; we confirm sample pricing and refund terms for each order.
- Production lead time: typically about 30 days after artwork and sample approval for color customization or printing using existing molds. Final timing depends on the approved specifications, components, quantity, testing and production schedule. Shipping time is additional.

Develop a New Bottle
or Component
For a new bottle shape or plastic component, we review your design references or drawings to assess technical feasibility before developing samples. New-mold development covers glass bottles, plastic bottles and plastic components.
Typical MOQs for new-mold orders:
- Plastic: 10,000 pieces (negotiable).
- Glass: 30,000 pieces (negotiable).
Final MOQ depends on the design, material, decoration, components and order requirements.
Mold development typically takes about 45 days, followed by about 30 days for bulk production after sample approval.
The final timeline depends on specifications, components, order quantity, testing and the production schedule. Shipping time is additional.
The pricing, timing and refund terms for custom spray-coated or printed samples above do not apply to new-mold development samples.

Quality Checks for Bottles and Pumps
Appearance and printing
We carry out 100% inspection of appearance and printing; the other checks follow the sampling plan.
Sampling Inspections for Bottles and Pumps
Sampling inspections cover dimensions, sealing, dispensing output, fill capacity and compatibility for the selected bottle and pump.

- Checks of bottle dimensions and fill capacity.
- Sealing & compatibility
- Room-temperature and high-temperature sealing-pressure tests, with compatibility checks based on product requirements.
- Dispensing output
- Checks of the amount dispensed per pump press.
- Print adhesion
- 3M tape testing to assess print adhesion. This test follows the sampling plan.
Drop tests and cap pull-off force checks can also be included, depending on the product and project requirements.
