Our own factory in Yuyao brings manufacturing, decoration, assembly and quality control together. The inspection plan depends on the product and your requirements:
- Dimensions and assembly: Sample inspections check dimensions, capacity and component fit.
- Print and packaging performance: Sampling tests can include print adhesion, sealing pressure, drop resistance and dispensing output where relevant to the jar.
- Appearance and printing: We inspect all units for appearance and printing quality. The performance tests above are carried out on samples.
Evaluate samples with your actual formula and filling process. Initial sample checks alone do not confirm product shelf life. Confirm which factory certificates and product test reports apply to your selected jar and target market.
Plan Order Quantities, Samples and Production
Minimum order quantity
Standard glass jars, standard plastic packaging and existing-design printing or spray-coating orders typically start at 10,000 pieces (negotiable).
The final MOQ depends on the product, material, decoration, components and order requirements.
Custom color and printing samples
A custom sample with spray coating or printing typically costs USD 200 per style and takes about 14 days.
The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork remains unchanged. We confirm the sample quotation and refund terms for each order. These terms apply specifically to custom spray-coated or printed samples.
Bulk production
For jars made with existing molds and customized with color or printing, bulk production typically takes about 30 days after artwork and sample approval.
The final schedule depends on the approved specifications, components, quantity, testing and production plan. Shipping time is separate.
Custom Mold Development
For projects requiring a new mold, tooling costs, sample arrangements and development timing are assessed separately from the existing-design color and printing terms above.

How can I check whether a jar fits my target fill amount?
Start with the amount you plan to fill and confirm the usable fill capacity of the specific jar. Ask how the listed capacity is measured, and evaluate a sample with your actual cream and filling process. Check the fill level and confirm that the matching lid or dispensing assembly fits correctly after filling, before approving the jar for production.
What should I confirm about the lid, inner cover or sealing liner?
Confirm which components are included with the jar and which materials may contact your cream. Check that the proposed lid, inner cover or sealing liner fits the selected model, then assess the assembled sample for closing, reopening and sealing under your project requirements. Base your choice on that specific combination, rather than assuming that similar-looking lids are interchangeable.
What should I check in an airless or refillable jar sample?
For an airless design, evaluate dispensing with your actual cream after filling. For a refillable design, confirm exactly which part is replaced and try removing, fitting and using the replacement part. If the jar combines both features, check dispensing again after replacement. Discuss the matching components and replacement arrangement for the model you choose before placing a bulk order.
