For skincare packaging, we supply glass and plastic containers, including polypropylene (PP) options and packaging with post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. Airless bottle formats

PCR Content Options

PCR bottles can be developed with up to 100% PCR content , and pump heads with 30% PCR content . These percentages refer to the bottle or pump head, not the complete pack. For each project, we confirm the feasible PCR content, color, performance and supporting documentation for the selected bottle or pump head, based on your order requirements.

Refillable Packaging

For refillable packaging, the outer container, refill and dispensing or closure components need to work together. Evaluate the complete combination before choosing it for your range.

Order Quantity

Orders for printing or spray coating on existing bottle and jar designs typically start at 10,000 pieces (negotiable) , including glass containers customized this way. Final MOQ depends on the product, material, decoration, components and order requirements.

Color & Printing Samples

A custom sample for spray coating or printing typically costs USD 200 per style and takes about 14 days . The fee can be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork stays unchanged; the quotation and refund terms are confirmed for each order. This pricing and lead time cover color and printing approval samples only. Mold development, functional samples and stock samples are handled separately.

Production Timing

For color customization or printing on containers made with existing molds, production typically takes about 30 days after artwork and sample approval . The final schedule depends on the approved specifications, components, quantity, testing and production plan; shipping is scheduled separately.

Develop a New Bottle or Component

  3. Sample Approval

    Review and approve the samples before bulk production.

Fomalhaut (Suzhou Fomalhaut Eco-Pack Material Tech Co., Ltd.) manufactures cosmetic packaging at our own factory in Yuyao, Zhejiang.
