Skincare Packaging Solutions

Explore packaging for creams, serums, facial oils, cleansers and sun care. Start with your product type, then compare container styles and dispensing options.

How to Choose Packaging for Your Product

The product category is a starting point. Your formula, dispensing method and filling requirements help narrow down the right container and components.

  • Formula and Material

Tell us about your formula and any known packaging compatibility requirements. Material selection should account for the container, closure and all components that contact the formula.

  • Dispensing and Everyday Use

Think about how customers will apply the product: pouring, pumping, spraying, rolling or scooping. Review the amount dispensed, ease of handling and closure design alongside the container’s appearance.

  • Samples and Packaging Checks

Evaluate samples with your intended formula before bulk production. Depending on the project, packaging checks can include compatibility, sealing, dispensing output, dimensions and print adhesion. Tell us about any filling-line requirements or documentation your team needs.

Customization and Order Planning

Start with an existing packaging design or discuss a new mold for a different shape or component. Your choice affects minimum order quantities, sampling and production lead times.

Customize an Existing Design

Build your packaging range around an existing container. Options include bottle, pump and cap colors; gloss, matte or soft-touch finishes; printing and other decoration; and matching paper packaging. Available combinations depend on the selected material, components and artwork.

Develop a New Mold

For a new bottle shape or packaging component, share your reference design and functional requirements. We review technical feasibility before confirming mold development, samples and the production plan.

Typical Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Project type Starting Quantity
Standard glass bottles and jars 5,000 pieces
Standard plastic or post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging 10,000 pieces
Printing or spray coating on existing designs 10,000 pieces
Plastic packaging with a new mold 10,000 pieces
Glass packaging with a new mold 30,000 pieces

Final MOQ depends on the product, material, decoration, components and project requirements. The standard glass starting quantity does not apply automatically to decorated glass or new-mold projects.

Sampling and Timing

Custom Spray-Coated or Printed Samples

Typical sample fee
USD 200 per style
Typical sample lead time
About 14 days

The fee may be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork remains unchanged; the quotation confirms the applicable terms.

Color Customization or Printing on Existing Designs
Typically about 30 days for production after artwork and sample approval.
New-Mold Development and Production
Typically about 45 days for mold development, followed by approximately 30 days for bulk production after sample approval.

Final schedules depend on specifications, components, quantity, testing and the production plan; shipping time is separate.

Packaging for a Complete Range

Coordinating Packaging for a Complete Skincare Range

Your Packaging Range

A skincare range may need serum bottles, cleanser pumps, lotion dispensers, cream jars and sample vials. As a cosmetic packaging manufacturer, we can help you choose containers and components for each product while planning colors, finishes and decoration across the range.

Materials, Samples and Color Matching

Glass, PCR plastic and sugarcane-based plastic are among the material options in our cosmetic packaging portfolio. The choice for each item depends on the formula, container and components. For PCR packaging, specify the recycled content you need for each component.

Colors and finishes can look different on glass, plastic and individual components. Review physical samples together to assess color consistency before approving production. Include the quantity and required date for each item in your inquiry so we can confirm minimum order quantities and production timing for the range.

Questions

Answers to common questions about choosing packaging, coordinating a product range and planning quantities.

Contact Our Team

Can you help if I have not chosen a packaging format yet?

Yes. Tell us what the product is, how it should be applied and the capacity you need. Your expected quantity and customization requirements will also help us suggest container and closure options.

Can bottles and jars in the same range have a coordinated appearance?

We offer color, finish and decoration options for coordinating bottles, jars and components. Available combinations depend on the selected packaging. Glass, plastic and different surface treatments can affect the final appearance, so review physical samples together before approving production.

Can I combine different bottles and jars to meet the MOQ?

A combined total does not automatically satisfy the MOQ for every item. Share the quantity needed for each bottle, jar and component, together with the decoration requirements. We will review the product mix and confirm the applicable minimum quantities in the quotation.

Can I request PCR packaging for my product range?

Yes. Tell us which components you want to use post-consumer recycled (PCR) material in, your target PCR percentage and any documentation requirements. Available options and recycled content depend on the selected packaging and technical requirements.

Tell Us What You Are Packaging

Share your product type, target capacity, expected quantity and customization needs. Include any reference designs and timing requirements so we can suggest packaging options for your project. If you have not selected a container yet, start with the product you plan to package.
