PCR Content Options for Bottles and Pump Heads
We can develop bottles with up to 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content and pump heads with 30% PCR content.
The PCR content available for your packaging depends on the component, color, performance needs and technical feasibility, and is confirmed for each order.

Colors, Finishes and Decoration
Use an existing bottle, pump and cap design as the starting point for your brand.
Options include component colors, gloss, matte or soft-touch finishes, screen printing and hot stamping.
We review your packaging material, component shape and artwork, then use samples to confirm the decoration options for your order.

Order Quantity
Orders for standard glass bottles and jars, plastic packaging and PCR packaging typically start at 10,000 pieces (negotiable). This starting quantity also applies to printing or spray-coating orders using existing packaging designs.
The final minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product, material, decoration, components and order requirements.
Decoration Samples
A custom spray-coated or printed sample typically costs USD 200 per style and takes about 14 days.
The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order if the approved print artwork remains unchanged; the quotation and refund terms are confirmed for each order. These terms apply only to spray-coated or printed samples.
Production Lead Time
For packaging made with existing molds, production with color customization or printing typically takes about 30 days after artwork and sample approval.
Final scheduling depends on the approved specifications, components, quantity, testing and production plan; shipping time is separate.

For a bottle shape or component structure that an existing design cannot provide, we offer new-mold development for glass bottles, plastic bottles and plastic components.

Fomalhaut manufactures cosmetic packaging at its own factory, with mold development, decoration, assembly and quality-control operations. This supports both existing-design customization and new packaging development.

We plan sampling checks around the product and its intended use. Depending on the packaging requirements, these include dimensions, capacity, formulation compatibility, sealing-pressure tests, drop tests, dispensing output and print adhesion. Sample review helps assess closure fit, formula compatibility, dispensing and decoration before approval.
We inspect the appearance and printing of every unit. The other checks are sampling tests, with the test plan determined by the product and project requirements.
