We prevent this through strict moisture control during our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) process, ensuring the moisture content of our bamboo is strictly below 12%. Before leaving our facility, every bamboo component is treated with a specialized eco-varnish, creating an invisible protective layer that blocks water and oil penetration. Additionally, every production batch must pass rigorous thermal shock resistance and extreme temperature cycle testing, guaranteeing stability in any climate.

Bamboo itself should never come into direct contact with most cosmetics, especially formulas containing active ingredients or essential oils, as it can cause spoilage. We guarantee absolute isolation. Fomalhaut provides premium glass, virgin PP, or high-quality PCR inner containers that fully comply with international REACH, FDA, and RoHS standards. For highly active ingredients like Vitamin C or Retinol, we strongly recommend our bamboo shell combined with a PP airless system. This creates a 100% oxygen-free environment, preserving the integrity and efficacy of your formula completely.
